As for professional advice:

The Right Job: If you have a job that you really like, it will not pay any money. If you have a job that you really hate, it Will pay a lot of money. So the key is this: find a job that you really like that pays a lot of money. And if you find such a job, ask if they need anybody else.

Bosses: The boss is the boss for a reason. The problem is no one can figure out what that reason is. So it can be difficult trying to decide how to deal with him or her.
