My name is Ethel Montgomery. My daughter purchased this Comfort Level E Bed for me last month, and I'm afraid that I do not find it comfortable. I prefer firm mattresses, but even the firmest setting is not as good as my old bed.

I understand that you have a 90-day money back guarantee. I know my daughter spent a lot of money on this adjustable bed, and since I am not comfortable on it, I would like to return it so she can get her money back.

I've had my old bed for 10 years, and it's the best bed that I've ever owned. There's nothing fancy about it, it's just a good bed.

Please let me know what I must do to return this bed.

Thank you for your purchase of the Comfort Level Bed. Although the level of firmness of our mattresses is adjustable, we understand that it is not the right mattress for everyone. I am sorry that you did not find it comfortable.

Sending the mattress is easy. We will take care of the shipping and handling completely. However, first we must verify your purchase was within the 90-day limit, which is standard for all our beds. To do so, we need you or your daughter to call us at 1-888-373-4829. Since we have records of every purchase made for the last 90 days, you will not need to provide a receipt. All you must do is give us the name and billing address of the purchaser, and we will be able to look up the information.
